>> Feb 1, 2010: Yonrico Scott, a Grammy Award Winning Music Artist
Yonrico Scott has attained many professional goals in his musical career as a professional drummer, but none more meaningful than winning the Grammy Award forBest Contemporary Blues Album at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, CA, January 31, 2010. As a member of the Derek Trucks Band, Yonrico's contributions have been a driving force in catapulting the band's recent release, Already Free, to the highest level of industry recognition. Promoting the album in 2009 began with a live performance on the Conan O'Brien Show. The band toured more than sixteen countries and played to millions of fans throughout 2009.

Yonrico currently headlines concert halls across the U.S. and abroad while also giving generously of his time and talent to support music education and the arts. A natural extension of his work includes press coverage with interviews and personal appearances on local and national television, radio, and other outlets.
